Terms & Conditions
MF&CO does NOT charge for the searching phase.
MF&CO receive CV's, make screening interviews & send the Client minimum of
3 CV's
meeting the requested criteria
within 2 weeks
from placing the search order.
When the candidate gets the job offer & join the company, MF&CO send the Client an invoice equal to
10%
of the Candidate's gross annual income.
If for any reason the candidate leaves the company during the probation period (
3 months
from starting date ), MF&CO is obliged to find the Client a substitute with no extra charges.
